Robert Nicoll

Managing Director

Rob is a founding shareholder and Managing Director of Ozy Services. With 35 years of trade experiences including 28 years of operational experiences within the security services, property maintenance, grounds maintenance and mining camp management sectors. Rob presents vast experience across a wide set of skills that implore many to follow his leadership.

John Evans

Chief Operating Officer

John is a shareholder and Chief Operating Officer of Ozy Services. On top of a stellar marketing communications career, John also has 20 years of actively leading teams to deliver outstanding service within the commercial real estate industry. John’s key strength is in strategic thinking and business relationships to gain optimal results from resources invested.

Melinda Nicoll

Administration Manager (Company Director)

Melinda is both a founding shareholder and Director of Ozy Services as well as being its Administration Manager. Melinda has more than 20 years' experience in all facets of commercial and residential cleaning and has managed many long term contracts from ground up. Clients of note include; Brian Hilton Toyota (8 years), Umina Surf Club (12 years), many Central Coast holiday lettings (10 years), numerous AirB&B properties and more recently Ozy Services' ongoing commercial cleaning contracts with Sanitarium Health Food Company.

Steve Mahony

National Business Development Manager

Steve is a results-oriented Manager with an extensive Security industry background in both Electronics and Manpower. Steve has a proven track record of developing new business and improving team productivity nationally. He thrives on implementing continuous process improvements and best practice methodologies and Ozy Services is thrilled to have him a valuable asset.

Janet McQuade

Finance Manager

Janet is Finance Manager at Ozy Services and brings an extensive experience base across a wide range of companies. Combining Janet's strategic thinking, professional and technical competencies, a large amount of industry experience and her high level of accuracy and detail, Ozy Services are well placed to capitalise on her valued input.

Jake Nicoll

Construction Manager (Non-executive Director)

Jake is a shareholder, a Licensed Building Contractor and a non-executive Director of Ozy Services. Jake provides the technical know how and supervision required for building project works, building renovations, commercial de-fits and fit outs as well as smaller repairs, maintenance and upgrades. 2020 will see Jake recognised as a Master Builder and deliver his dream of providing more of his upmarket skill set to Ozy Services' clientele.

Warren Hughes

Consultant

Warren founded ACS Integrated Service Provider in 1991 to manage security, cleaning, traffic control and building maintenance services across the nation. With Warren recently selling his ACS Group business, he is now a much valued Consultant to Ozy Services for mining, camp management and security services.

John Taylor

Consultant

John Taylor is the product of a Cleaning industry family and a veteran of commercial cleaning and supplying cleaning, washroom, packaging and janitorial solutions to the professional cleaning industry. He is both an innovator and early adopter of new technologies into the industry, with initiatives such as colour coding equipment to stop cross contamination and the use of micro fibres for mopping and wiping. John is also a specialist Consultant to Ozy Services for cleaning industry advice.
